Shipping policy

All orders of in-stock products will be shipped within 1 business day.

Available shipping options will be provided at checkout.

The customer is responsible for supplying an accurate delivery address and complete delivery instructions where applicable.

Tracking information will be supplied to the customer upon dispatch of an order or portion of an order.

Orders shipped to locations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and/or taxes.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with delivery, including but not limited to; import duties, taxes and shipping costs. 

Estimated ship dates provided on backordered and built-to-order products are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. If the expected ship date is extended beyond four weeks from the ship date estimate at the time of order, the customer may cancel their order without penalty.

Charges will be applied to the customer’s supplied method of payment upon dispatch of an order or portion of an order.
